アイデアや構想の段階から参加し、技術選定、アーキテクチャ設計、初期実装までを一貫して担います。何を作るかが流動的な段階から、動くものが世に出るまでを並走する関わり方です。スタートアップの自社プロダクト立ち上げや、研究プロジェクトに付随するシステムの開発で多くの実績があります。 We join from the idea stage and stay with you through tech selection, architecture, and initial implementation — running alongside until the product reaches the world.

アーキテクチャ設計 Architecture design DESIGN

既に動き始めているプロジェクトに対して、設計判断の責任者として参加します。データベース設計、API設計、認証・認可の方針、インフラ構成、技術スタックの選定など、プロダクトの土台になる判断を担当します。実装は別チームに任せる形でも、設計から実装まで通して担う形でも対応可能です。 For projects already in motion, we step in as the person responsible for design decisions — DB, API, auth, infra, stack. Implementation can stay with your team or come with us.

研究プロジェクトや新規事業の試行段階で、プロトタイプから本格運用直前までの実装を担います。仮説検証のためのPoC、新しい技術の組み合わせを試すための実装、論文や研究成果に紐づくシステムなど、「まずは動くものを早く確かめたい」というニーズに応えます。 For research and new-business trials, we build from prototype to the edge of production — PoCs, combinations of novel tech, systems tied to papers. Pose Analysis

スマホだけで 3 次元ポーズトラッキング、その場で分析。3D pose tracking on a phone — analyse on the spot.

iPhone / iPad のカメラに映る被写体をリアルタイムに 3 次元ポーズトラッキング。複数の医学論文で利用実績のあるデジタル・スタンダード社製の国産モデルを使用し、関節の座標・角度・CSV 出力までアプリ内で完結します。専用 Web ダッシュボードでチーム内の測定データを PC で管理可能。 Realtime 3D pose tracking on iPhone / iPad. Powered by a domestic model from Digital Standard cited in medical papers — joint coordinates, joint angles, and CSV export, all in one app. A companion web dashboard lets teams manage sessions on desktop.

哲学Philosophy

代表のスタンスThe founder's stance

0→1へのこだわりAn obsession with 0→1

この世に今までなかったプロダクトを世に生み出すことは、無限の可能性を感じてワクワクして手が止まりません。何かが立ち上がる、その瞬間が好きなのだと思います。ただ、新しいものほどすぐに受け入れられるとは限らない。それでも粘り強くトライし続けることが、いつか形になると信じています。Bringing into the world a product that didn't exist before — the sense of infinite possibility there keeps my hands moving. I think I love the moment something begins. The newer it is, the slower the acceptance often is. We keep trying anyway; that's how things take shape.

経験の幅Breadth of experience

スタートアップでの経験:脳波計測、心療、IoT など、複数の業界でスタートアップの自社プロダクト立ち上げに技術側の中核として参加してきた。受託での経験:大学の研究プロジェクト、大手企業のヘルスケア領域の PoC など、研究や新規事業の文脈での案件を多数経験している。特定の業界のスペシャリストではなく、色々な業界の立ち上げに横断的に関わってきた技術者。Startups: EEG measurement, pediatric psychosomatic care, IoT — across several industries as the technical core of new-product launches. Contract work: university research projects, healthcare PoCs at large enterprises. Not an industry specialist — an engineer who's worked across many launches.

スキルスタックに囚われないStack-agnostic, by choice

「これを作りたい」が最初にあり、技術はその手段だと考えています。スキルスタックにとらわれずに、実現したいことを優先したシステム開発を行ってきたことが、技術者としての一つの個性です。Web、スマホ、AI、IoT ―― その時々で必要な技術を選び、必要なら学び、組み合わせて、形にしてきました。"What I want to build" comes first; technology is the means. Refusing to be cornered by a stack — choosing, learning, and combining whatever the moment needs — is part of who I am as an engineer.

PoCのスピードと、製品の保守性PoC speed, product durability

スタートアップの現場では、フェーズによって求められるシステムの性質が大きく変わります。PoCの段階ではスピードが最優先。製品化のフェーズでは、保守性や拡張性が最優先。両者は時に真逆の判断を要求します。PoCでは出来るだけスピーディーな開発を、製品では保守性を考慮したシステム設計を。フェーズに応じて重心を切り替えることで、スタートアップが必要としている形に柔軟に応えることを大事にしています。In startup work, what a system needs to be changes hard between phases. PoC: speed first. Productization: maintainability and extensibility first. These two often demand opposite calls. We shift our center of gravity to match the phase.
